I have worked two years for United States Agency for Development Career Centers' a program designed in close collaboration with the Government of Morocco (Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Training of Managers and Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training ) to help address the issue of youth employability in Morocco.
The objective of the program is to promote the transition of youth between training and the world of work, on the one hand through the establishment of career development centers (Career Centers) in universities and training centers.
Vocational training and, on the other hand, through the integration of soft skills training modules into training curricula in three pilot regions, Tangier, Marrakech and Casablanca.
